Meditation leads to the state of Samadhi, which is the eighth limb of Yoga, and the ultimate goal of Yoga. Samadhi is experienced as a heightened state of awareness, with a feeling of oneness, connection, and union with the Higher Self. In this workshop, you'll learn and practice basic meditation techniques, including breath and Mantra meditation.
